Fulton Street Companies (FSC) and partner Fred Latsko of Latsko Interests have signed a 10,000-square-foot lease with Heisler Hospitality for 165 N. Morgan Street in the thriving Fulton Market neighborhood. This prime location, conveniently situated near the Morgan L stop and upcoming residential developments, will soon be home to Pizza Lobo – an old-school tavern featuring NY-style slices and craft cocktails.
The property boasts a private outdoor courtyard that will enhance the dining experience at Pizza Lobo when it opens in summer of 2024. FSC acquired this space in December of last year from Tenzing Wine & Spirits’ offices. This marks Heisler’s fourth establishment in Fulton Market and second within walking distance.
In addition to securing this exciting new tenant, FSC has been making significant strides towards expanding its presence in Chicago’s commercial real estate market. The company recently broke ground on its newest office tower at 919 on Fulton Market Street while also finalizing a long-term build-to-suit lease with Bathhouse for their upcoming location at 1010 W Madison St.
With these recent developments, it is clear that FSC is committed to driving growth within Chicago’s dynamic business landscape through strategic partnerships like this one with Heisler Hospitality.
