**JPI Completes Initial Phases of Jefferson Railhead in Frisco**
JPI has officially completed the first two phases of its new apartment community, Jefferson Railhead, within the ambitious Frisco Railhead development. Jefferson Railhead is currently 60% leased, while the second phase, Jefferson Parkhouse, has reached 17% leasing. The overall project is being developed by Heady Investments.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, the two residential communities provide a total of 903 apartment units. A third phase, which is currently in the design stage, will contribute an additional 377 units to the development. Construction on the third phase is expected to begin next year. Once complete, JPI will have delivered a combined total of 1,280 apartments to the mixed-use project situated along the Dallas North Tollway, just north of Main Street.
Beyond multifamily residences, Frisco Railhead will also feature a wide range of amenities, including a 17-story hotel. The hotel will include condominiums on its top two floors. Also planned are 36,000 square feet of retail space and approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space. The hotel and retail components are being developed by Wallace Venture, although the hotel brand and management operator have yet to be announced.
HPI Real Estate Services & Investments and Bandera Ventures LP are teaming up to co-develop 800,000 square feet of the proposed office space, contributing to Frisco Railhead’s status as a major new mixed-use destination in North Texas.
