Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has joined forces with the Karahan Companies, Hunt Realty Investments, Chief Partners, and Crosstie Capital to develop office spaces on a 47-acre plot in Frisco, Texas. TCC was chosen to oversee the sourcing of build-to-suit and speculative office opportunities on this expansive site that can accommodate over 2.8 million square feet of commercial space.
Situated along Dallas North Tollway within the Fields West mixed-use development spanning 160 acres, this prime location will see its first phase commence construction in summer. The initial stage will feature an open-air retail area covering 365,000 square feet alongside restaurants and entertainment venues as well as residences totaling at least 1,200 units. Additionally included are plans for a hotel with up to375 rooms plus another building offering approximately325 ,000 square feet designated for offices.
Fields West is part of Frisco’s vast master-planned community known as Fields which encompasses an impressive span of2 ,500 acres . This thriving development already boasts PGA America’s new headquarters together with two championship golf courses each featuring18 holes . Also present is Omni Resort boasting550 rooms while neighboring UNT Frisco adds further appeal . Future prospects include seven additional hotels plus Universal Studios Kids Park currently under construction .
