The first two phases of The Links at PGA Parkway, a 1,310-unit development located west of the Dallas North Tollway, have been successfully launched by Carbon Companies. Late last year saw the completion and delivery of 690 units. In March 2020, Carbon Cos. acquired the land for this project in Frisco.
Now, with plans to complete an additional 620 units in its final phase, Carbon Companies is seeking $135 million in construction financing. This financing is expected to be secured by early 2025 and construction will commence within a period of just thirty to forty-five days after that.
According to reports from The Dallas Business Journal , these latest phases are estimated to be completed by the third quarter of 2026 while the entire development is set for completion by mid-2027.
Residents already enjoy access to various amenities such as a spacious park spanning over two acres along with resort-style pools and even a golf simulator at their disposal within The Links community itself.
