Fields West, a transformative mixed-use project in north Frisco, is one step closer to becoming a reality. The Frisco City Council unanimously approved a development agreement for the $660 million master-planned project, aligning with the city’s strategic vision for its northern region.
The agreement offers the developer incentive grants of up to $94 million upon reaching specific development milestones. Fehmi Karahan, the developer behind Fields West, has committed to meeting these terms and must secure construction financing and begin building between 2024 and 2026.
