Frisco Approves Plan for 4,000 Apartments, Hotels, and Commercial Buildings

Zarky Development has held the zoning since 2009, and it took years for Frisco to approve a development plan for a 123-acre site along the Dallas North Tollway. The Frisco City Council recently gave the green light to construct up to 4,000 apartments, hundreds of hotel rooms and millions of square feet of office and retail space at this prime location on the southwest corner of Main Street and Dallas North Tollway.

According to reports by The Dallas Business Journal, when combined together these plans total 3.5 million square feet in office space; 1 million square feet in retail space; 1,000 hotel rooms; as well as 4,000 multifamily units. This project is expected be built out over several years with check-ins necessary throughout its progression requiring further approvals from local authorities before continuing forward with construction efforts.
