Steven Silverman of Friedman Real Estate successfully closed the Sale-Leaseback deal for Quality Roots, a Michigan-based dispensary located at 350 E 14 Mile Rd in Madison Heights. The transaction was advised by Friedman on both sides.
Quality Roots is a leading provider of cannabis products with eight dispensaries in Michigan and over 250 employees. Their revenues have reached nearly $100 million due to their expansion.
In addition, Marc Hames from Friedman recently completed the sale of two properties in Michigan – an asset measuring 2,500 square feet at 8891 Pulaski Road and a building spanning over 25,000 square feet at12584 Wooden Road. These transactions were part of cannabis receivership deals where Friedman represented the owner.
