Friedman Real Estate recently announced the successful sale of a United Rentals investment property located at 1845 E. Lincoln Highway in DeKalb, Illinois. The transaction was brokered by Marc Hildenbrand and Eric Hart of Friedman Real Estate, who represented both the seller and the buyer.
The property, originally built in 1980, consists of a 15,260-square-foot building situated on a two-acre lot. Positioned approximately 1.8 miles north of Interstate 88, the site offers convenient access to the regional expressway system, enhancing its appeal to investors and users alike.
In a separate transaction, Friedman Real Estate also completed the receivership sale of an industrial property located at 20580 Hoover Street in Detroit, Michigan. The 62,800-square-foot facility was sold for $2.77 million. Marc Hames of Friedman represented the seller in that transaction.
