**Friedman Real Estate Sells Minnesota Circle K Gas Station**
Friedman Real Estate has successfully completed the sale of a 6,989-square-foot retail property in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.
Marc Hildenbrand of Friedman Real Estate brokered the deal for the $5.75 million sale of a Circle K convenience store and gas station located at 1185 Main Street South. Friedman represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction. Situated off Highway 95 on Main Street, the property features a gas station, convenience center, and a touchless car wash.
In addition to this sale, Friedman Real Estate also recently leased 3,600 square feet of office space at the Straith Office Building at 24301 Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan. Dan Verderbar of Friedman represented both the landlord, Straith Construction, and the tenant, LCSOG, in the transaction.
