The Fresh Market, Inc., a specialty food retailer, is expanding its presence in the metro Washington, DC market. The Greensboro-based company has committed to anchoring two upscale mixed-use developments in Virginia: Reston Station in Reston and West Falls in Falls Church.
These new locations will join the existing stores already established by The Fresh Market in Alexandria and Vienna, VA. Both of these new stores are expected to open within the next three years.
At Comstock’s Reston Station development, The Fresh Market will occupy approximately 27,000 square feet on the ground floor. Tim Steffan, COO of Comstock stated that they are pleased to welcome The Fresh Market as an anchor tenant at Midline at Reston Station and expressed gratitude for KLNB’s Dimitri Georgelakos and Michael Patz for their contributions.
