Rémy Cointreau, the parent company of Rémy Martin cognac and Cointreau orange liqueur, has recently signed a 10-year lease for 29,852 square feet at 3 Times Square. This move will relocate their New York City headquarters from their current location at 1290 Avenue of the Americas.
The landlord was represented by Tom Keating from Rudin and Ron Lo Russo from Cushman & Wakefield (CWK), while Rémy Cointreau was represented by Peter Sabesan, Richard Selig, Nicholas Markel and Benjamin Grajzgrund from Cresa Global.
In light of its recent repositioning in 2020, Touro College also signed a lease last year for a new campus spanning over an impressive area of 243000 square feet. The relocation is scheduled to take place this summer.
This news comes as French liquor giant Rémy-Cointreau makes plans to shift its headquarters to Times Square- one that is bound to make waves in the industry.
