FRED310 Industrial Building for Harbor Freight Tools: Breaking Ground

FRED310, a new warehouse and distribution project spanning 310 acres in the Greater Seattle area, has commenced construction on a state-of-the-art industrial building. Developed by Panattoni and Crow Holdings Capital, this project is poised to become the premier industrial development in the Pacific Northwest.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Managing Directors Scott Alan (SIOR) and Patrick Mullin, along with Managing Director Connor Cree led marketing efforts for FRED310. The team also represented ownership in securing a long-term lease with Harbor Freight Tools – one of the nation’s leading tool retailers.

The 782,875-square-foot building will be constructed by Sierra Construction as part of FRED310’s larger plan which includes four buildings totaling over 3 million square feet. With strong demand for distribution and manufacturing space in this world-class market, Panattoni Seattle Partner Travis Hale expects continued success at FRED310 well into 2024.
