Persimmon Capital Partners is the owner and developer behind this exciting venture which broke ground in July of this year with an expected completion date in early 2026.
Situated within the expansive Palm Coast Town Center neighborhood spanning over 2,050 acres , The Promenade will offer a variety of amenities on its ground floor including retailers, coffee shops, restaurants as well as service providers and workspaces. Its upper floors will feature studio apartments along with one or two-bedroom residences complete with balconies.
