Foxfield Acquires Office Property in Cabot Business Park for $10.2M
Foxfield has acquired the office building located at 9–11 Hampshire Street in Mansfield, Massachusetts, for $10.2 million. The property spans 155,348 square feet and lies within Cabot Business Park, one of Greater Boston’s premier office and industrial campuses.
Situated at the intersection of I-95 and I-495, the building currently houses tenants including Roche Bros. Supermarkets and Trimark USA. Approximately 24% of the property is currently available for lease. Leasing efforts are being managed by a CBRE team led by Danielle Frisch, Kendall Lynch, and Juliana Fiore.

The sale was brokered by a CBRE Capital Markets team including Tim Mulhall, Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Roy Sandeman, Daniel Hines, Doug Jacoby, Anthony Hayes, and PJ O’Reilly.
