**Fourth Avenue Capital Acquires 148-Unit Apartment Community in Spokane Valley**
Fourth Avenue Capital (FAC) has announced the acquisition of Village on Broadway, a 148-unit workforce housing community located in Spokane Valley, Washington. This purchase brings FAC’s total portfolio to 26 properties, including three others within the Spokane–Coeur d’Alene metropolitan area.
Originally built in 1996, Village on Broadway occupies 7.3 acres and features 148 apartment homes distributed across 13 residential buildings. The complex offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with an average unit size of 926 square feet.
Positioned strategically between downtown Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, the property offers residents convenient access to Interstate 90 and is in close proximity to major employment centers, shopping destinations, and recreational areas. FAC plans to implement capital improvements aimed at enhancing the community, including upgraded amenities and exterior repainting.
