Fourth Avenue Capital has recently begun construction on Signal Point Apartment Homes, a luxurious apartment community located in the Meadowwood Technology Campus of Liberty Lake, Washington.
The development will consist of 240 high-end apartments and will feature an expansive resident clubhouse, fitness center, and leasing office. Conveniently situated at 24085 E Mission Ave, Signal Point is just a short distance from the town center and offers easy access to major highways.
Signal Point will offer a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 733 to 1,318 square feet. The first residents are expected to move in by mid-2025.
