Walker & Dunlop recently secured a $108 million financing deal for the equity recapitalization of a portfolio consisting of four office properties located in the Southeast and Sun Belt regions. Spearheaded by W&D’s New York Capital Markets team, which includes Sean Reimer, Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz and Christopher de Raet as exclusive advisors to Vero Capital and Prime Finance. The transaction was facilitated through a commercial mortgage-backed security loan with Goldman Sachs and Argentic.
The infusion of capital from this deal will provide over $20 million for leasing expenses and further enhancements to the portfolio. Spanning nearly 1.0 million rentable square feet collectively in Atlanta, Dallas, Raleigh,and Washington D.C., these properties boast an impressive weighted average lease term of 4.8 years with an occupancy rate at 84.9%. Notable tenants include Samsung,BAE Systems,and Kimley-Horn & Associates.
