CBRE has successfully facilitated four lease transactions at 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City. The Class A office tower, also known as the Merrill Lynch Building, was acquired by The Birch Group in 2022. This impressive property boasts a total of 1.25 million square feet spread across its 42 stories.
The deals include a lease renewal of 60,000 square feet for Jefferies LLC and new commitments from Franklin Credit Management Corporation (15,000 square feet), BirlaSoft (8,500 square feet), and FBG Capital (2,000 square feet). These agreements were skillfully negotiated by the CBRE team consisting of Conor Dolan, David Opper and Mike Nieliwodski on behalf of ownership.
Representing Jefferies LLC was Rob Lowe from C&W; Wes Moore from CBRE represented BirlaSoft; and Evan Bernard from CBRE acted on behalf of FBG Capital. With these successful transactions at hand,CBRE continues to solidify its position as an expert in commercial real estate services.
