The highly anticipated NAIOP SoCal Night at the Fights black-tie gala is set to take place on October 10th at the OC Fair & Event Center’s Hangar Building in Costa Mesa. This year, due to popular demand, the event will feature four unique industry bouts for the first time ever.
In 2024, attendees can expect an exciting lineup of commercial real estate professionals stepping into the ring. The lightweight heavyweight bout will feature Robin Bhalla from Retail Round Robin facing off against Eric Miller from ODIC. Richard Bernal from Fidelity National Title NCS and Keifer Shaffer from Savills US will go head-to-head in a middleweight bout, while Eric Chan of Langan and Ray Young of CREIM battle it out in another middleweight match-up. And finally, Jeff Farano representing Buchalter and Elijah Goldtrap representing Graves Construction will face off as super heavyweights.
NAIOP SoCal CEO Tim Jemal expressed his admiration for these industry professionals who have accepted this challenge: “The fact that we are now featuring four unique industry bouts underscores how popular these fights have become and the immense draw they create.” He also emphasized that this year’s event promises to be a highly curated guest experience.
With a theme of “007 – A Night of Elegance and Espionage,” guests can also look forward to participating in an Exclusive VIP Silent Auction during NAIOP SoCal’s Night at The Fights. Proceeds from this auction will benefit both Building Block Foundation Fund as well as local and statewide legislative affairs initiatives supported by NAIOP SoCal.
