Fortune Holdings Acquires Three Class-C Charlotte Apartment Projects

Fortune Holdings, LLC has recently acquired three Class C multifamily properties located in West Charlotte. The transaction, brokered by Capstone Companies, marks the largest portfolio deal of its kind in 2024 thus far.

The properties included in this acquisition are Scarlet Pointe (274 units), Townhomes at Wisteria Hills (102 units), and Ravenwood Hills Apartments (120 units). These well-established communities were built during the early 1970s and have been sold by Robinson Realty and Lucern Capital Partners.

As part of their strategic investment initiative, Fortune Holdings plans to renovate these properties for long-term growth. This move further solidifies their position as a key player in the real estate market.

Leading the brokerage team for this transaction were Ron Corrao and Eric Liebich from Capstone Companies. Their expertise played a crucial role in facilitating this successful deal for all parties involved.
