A 14-acre parcel of land in Fort Myers, Florida has recently been sold for $38 million. According to the Florida Business Observer, this property is located directly off of Interstate 75 and was purchased by Sideways Properties for $6 million more than its previous sale price just 18 months ago.
The current tenant on the property is Topgolf, a Dallas-based company that operates a retail and entertainment complex spanning over 48,000 square feet. They have an existing lease agreement for the next 18 years.
The buyer of this prime real estate was Win Chevrolet Properties and they were represented by SVN Commercial Advisors, a reputable commercial real estate firm based in Sarasota.
This significant transaction marks another successful deal in Fort Myers’ thriving market as reported by Connect CRE.
