"Former Silverstein CEO Marty Burger Launches New Firm"

Marty Burger, former CEO of Silverstein Properties, has launched Infinity Global Real Estate Partners. This new company specializes in real estate development, acquisitions, financing and fund management within the United States. Partnering with Andrew Farkas’ Island Capital Group, Infinity Global will pursue a variety of projects including office-to-residential conversions, mixed-use developments and under-capitalized properties. Additionally,the company plans to establish a debt platform for both operating properties and new developments.

Burger brings extensive experience to his role as CEO of Infinity Global. During his tenure at Silverstein Properties from 2010-2023 he oversaw notable projects such as the World Trade Center and Four Seasons Walt Disney World. Prior to this position,Burger founded Artisan Real Estate Ventures and held roles at The Related Companies,L.P., where he focused on developments like the Time Warner Center.He also actively serves on various real estate boardsand is a Trustee for the Urban Land Institute.
