Avison Young successfully arranged a 10-year lease for BTU International’s relocation to a 57,000-square-foot mixed-use facility in Westford, MA. The new location at 10 Lyberty Way was previously the headquarters of Puma and will allow BTU to operate more efficiently with reduced space. Previously occupying 123,000 square feet at 23 Esquire Rd. in Billerica, MA which has since been sold for redevelopment.
The team from Avison Young’s Boston office led by principals Michael Dalton and Jason Levendusky along with associate Jay Carnevale represented BTU in this transaction. Additionally, project management services were provided by Brandon Needleman, Conor Stuhrcke and Lindsey Head from Avison Young.
