Industry veterans Kev Zoryan and Aaron Greeno have announced the formation of Arselle Investments, a private real estate investment platform based in Los Angeles. Both Zoryan and Greeno previously held senior leadership roles in real estate investment at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Dune Real Estate Partners, respectively.

Arselle Investments aims to leverage the founders’ combined experience of nearly five decades, encompassing over $15 billion in real estate transactions and management of approximately 52 million square feet of property. The new platform will focus on delivering distinctive access to investment opportunities by building select, product-focused, vertically integrated operating platforms. These platforms will be designed to generate proprietary deal flow and address the demographic and technological challenges currently facing the real estate sector.

“Current real estate market conditions are being exacerbated by rapidly changing technology and professional demographics, and compelling investment opportunities are emerging across various geographies and real estate asset classes,” said Kev Zoryan, founder and managing partner of Arselle Investments.
