It has been five years since Golub & Co and the Rockefeller Group acquired a city block in Denver for $38 million. The site, formerly used as a Greyhound Bus Station, is now set to be transformed into two towers pending approval from the city.
The first tower will rise 38 stories high and offer both residential units and hotel rooms. Residents and guests will have access to shared amenities such as a pool on an amenity deck. The ground floor of this tower will feature separate lobbies for the hotel and apartments, along with a restaurant, two retail spaces, and offices.
A second tower standing at 26 stories tall will primarily serve as an office building but also include outdoor amenity decks on different levels. Indoor amenities like a lounge, library, and fitness center can be found on the 13th floor of this building which also offers above-ground parking across five levels.
Leading architecture firms SCB (Chicago), Pickard Chilton (Connecticut), Engine 8 (Denver) are all involved in bringing these plans to life. This project is strategically located just four blocks away from Coors Field baseball stadium while Union Station is only eight blocks away.
