Five years have passed since Golub & Co and the Rockefeller Group acquired a city block in Denver for $38 million. The former Greyhound Bus Station site is set to be transformed into two towers pending approval from the city.
The first tower, a 38-story structure, will house both residential units and a hotel with 170 rooms. Residents and guests can enjoy shared amenities such as a pool on an amenity deck. The ground floor will feature separate lobbies for the hotel and apartments, as well as restaurant space, retail spaces, and offices.
A second tower standing at 26-stories tall will serve as an office building with two outdoor amenity decks on different levels. Indoor amenities like a lounge, library, and fitness center can be found on the 13th level of this building which also has five levels of above-ground parking.
Leading architecture firms SCB from Chicago,Pickard Chilton from Connecticut, and Engine8 based in Denver are working together to bring this project to life. The location is just four blocks away from Coors Fieldand eight blocks awayfrom Union Station.
