Five years ago, Golub & Co and the Rockefeller Group acquired a city block in Denver for $38 million. The former Greyhound Bus Station site is now set to be transformed into two towers pending approval from the city.
The first tower will stand at 38 stories and will house both a hotel with 170 rooms and residential units totaling 391. A shared amenity deck with a pool will be available for use by guests of the hotel as well as residents. On the ground floor, there will be separate lobbies for each, along with a restaurant, two retail spaces, and offices.
The second tower is planned to have 26 stories dedicated to office space. It will feature two outdoor amenity decks as well as indoor amenities on its thirteenth level such as a lounge area, library, and fitness center. Additionally,the building includes five levels of above-ground parking.
Leading architecture firms SCB from Chicago,Pickard Chilton from Connecticut,and Engine8 based in Denver are behind this project which sits just four blocks away from Coors Fieldand eight blocks awayfrom Union Station.
