"Former Chase Bank Regional HQ Sold by Friedman - 46K-SF Space"

Steven Silverman and Ryan Wilner of Friedman Real Estate recently completed the sale of a 46,000-square-foot mixed-use investment property located at 630 E Main Street in downtown Richmond, Indiana. The six-story building, constructed in 1924 with an addition on the west side completed in 1973, is one of the tallest structures in downtown Richmond.

Friedman Real Estate served as advisor to both buyer and seller for this transaction. The property’s anchor tenant was Chase Bank before its closure as part of consolidation plans that led to permanent closures for both its downtown branch and drive-through locations back in 2018.
