Dynamic Star LLC, a real estate development and investment firm, has joined forces with Carlo Schiattarella, the founder and CEO of Schoolhouse Project. Together, they will be developing a charter school as part of Dynamic Star’s Fordham Landing South project. The school will be located in the 350,000-square-foot One Fordham Landing building on the Harlem River waterfront in The Bronx’s University Heights neighborhood.
Schiattarella brings over 30 years of experience in charter school facility development, financing, startup and operations to this partnership. As the leader of Schoolhouse Project, he has successfully overseen more than $400 million worth of school facilities projects across New York City and beyond.
