Foot Locker Relocates Global Headquarters to St. Petersburg

Foot Locker has officially relocated its global headquarters from New York City to St. Petersburg, Florida. The company will now occupy a 110,000-square-foot space at 570 Carillon Parkway, a Class A office building owned by The Feil Organization.

Originally built in 1998, the property was acquired by Feil in 2019 for $36.8 million. As part of the move, Foot Locker has committed to investing at least $20 million into its new headquarters. The relocation is expected to generate 150 new jobs in the area.

The office building offers premium amenities for tenants, including an on-site café, a fitness center, high-speed cable and fiber internet services, and 24/7 access.

Foot Locker was represented in the transaction by Lee Winter and Caleb Lewis of JLL. The Feil Organization was represented internally by Andrew Wiener, Barry Hanerfeld, and Molly Molloy Catlett of CBRE.

The sneaker retailer operates approximately 2,600 stores across 26 countries in North America.
