Fontana Logistics Center Secures $49M Construction Loan from Birtcher

JLL Capital Markets arranged $49.2 million in construction financing for Birtcher Logistics Center Fontana, a Class A industrial distribution facility totaling 330,048 square feet in Fontana. A JLL team of senior managing director Greg Brown, senior director Peter Thompson and analyst Spencer Seibring represented the borrower to secure the three-year loan with two one-year extensions from a life insurance company.

The property is located at the southwest corner of Banana and Santa Ana avenues on more than 13 acres within one of America’s strongest industrial markets. It offers 36-foot clear heights, 51 dock-high doors, 85 trailer parking stalls and a 185 foot truck court – providing companies with access to 11 Western states and all of Southern California within two days’ drive time due to its close proximity to major freeways as well as Union Pacific Intermodal Yard & Ontario International Airport.

Birtcher Development LLC has secured $49 million in construction financing for their new Class A logistics center located in Fontana which will provide easy access across 11 Western states & all parts Southern California via nearby freeways & airports such as Union Pacific Intermodal Yard & Ontario International Airport .
