Focus, a Chicago-based real estate development and construction firm, has partnered with Fort Union to break ground on a cutting-edge electric vehicle sales, service, and delivery center for Tesla in Northbrook. This state-of-the-art facility will serve as both a sales and service hub for electric vehicles in the area.
The Northbrook location will offer new vehicle deliveries, maintenance services, lease renewals and more. According to Justin Pelej of Focus’s executive team: “Constructing such an impressive electric vehicle center in Illinois is a major accomplishment for us and our development partners.”
During the groundbreaking ceremony Village of Northbrook President Kathryn Ciesla highlighted the positive economic impact this project will have on the community: “We are thrilled about all that this Tesla SSD facility brings to our town – from increased tax revenues to job opportunities – not forgetting further property developments which ultimately strengthen our commercial sector.”
