Davis Companies has announced the addition of FLY E-BIKE as a tenant at the Pearl Building in Queens, NY. The industrial property, spanning 157,000 square feet, recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation to enhance its distribution facilities and overall appearance. This includes upgraded loading docks and LED lighting.
FLY E-BIKE has signed a five-year lease for 52,000 square feet of space at the Pearl Building. They will utilize this space for product assembly as they continue to expand their operations into Europe from their current locations in North and South America. Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership while Pinnacle represented FLY E-BIKE in negotiating the lease agreement.
According to David Allen, senior vice president of Asset Management at Davis Companies: “The New York City industrial market remains highly active with leasing activity particularly strong in strategic locations like ours that offer convenient access for tenants such as FLY-E Bike’s end users.”
