Lotte Plaza Market has opened its newest location in Jacksonville, marking the company’s third Florida store and 17th location nationwide. Located at 9355 Atlantic Blvd in Arlington’s Regency area, the 45,000-square-foot store features a wide array of Asian groceries, fresh produce, seafood, housewares, pantry staples, and over 50 varieties of marinated meats at its specialty-cut meat section.
Avison Young has appointed Julie Palmer-Nicholson as Principal and Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for the Florida market. In her new role, Palmer-Nicholson will lead the strategic direction of the REMS platform, aiming to elevate performance through technology-based services and enhanced operational and tenant service strategies.

Brook Farm Group has secured construction financing for The Sinclair at Ellenton, a 217-unit Class A garden-style multifamily development on a ±14-acre site at the Ellenton-Parrish border within the Sarasota metro area. First Horizon Bank will provide the construction loan, and Fundrise will contribute a preferred equity investment. Planned amenities include a saltwater pool with cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, and yoga and private workout rooms.
The Astor Companies has broken ground on Havana Enclave, a 179-unit rental community in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. Astor obtained a $36 million construction loan from Ocean Bank for the project, located at 315 NW 27th Ave. The development is expected to be completed in early 2027, adding much-needed rental housing to the area.
