**Stream Realty Partners Expands in Tampa**
Stream Realty Partners has appointed K.C. Tenukas as Executive Vice President in its Tampa office. Tenukas brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, with a specialized focus on office tenant representation. Prior to joining Stream, he served as Senior Vice President at CBRE for more than six years. Over his career, Tenukas has completed over 13 million square feet of lease transactions, including work on some of the Tampa Bay area’s most notable office projects.
**Cushman & Wakefield to Market Pompano Citi Centre**
Sterling Organization has enlisted Cushman & Wakefield to oversee the sale of Pompano Citi Centre, a 563,000-square-foot retail center located in Pompano Beach, Broward County. Currently 83% leased, the property features anchor tenants such as Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, JC Penney, and Amped Fitness. The center sits on 34 acres at the intersection of Copans Road and Federal Highway.
**JLL Brokers Sale of Grand Bay Plaza**
JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Grand Bay Plaza, a 77,810-square-foot shopping center in Fort Myers. Anchored by Publix and fully leased at the time of sale, the center also includes tenants such as Sherwin-Williams, The UPS Store, and Papa Johns Pizza. The seller was a joint venture between Miami-based Lombardi Properties and Fox Farm Capital. JLL’s Investment and Sales Advisory team, including Danny Finkle, Jorge Portela, and Kim Flores, represented the seller in the transaction.
**Amara Wynwood Welcomes First Residents**
Amara Wynwood has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from the City of Miami, officially opening its doors to residents. The 8-story residential building, located at 45 NE 27th Street, features 210 luxury apartment homes developed by PGIM Real Estate and Fifield Companies. Units range from studio to two-bedroom layouts, spanning 467 to 1,206 square feet. The property also includes 11,604 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 27,486 square feet of amenities, including a pool deck, wellness suite, red-light therapy room, sauna, and cold plunge.
**Stephen M. Ross Appoints Eric Silagy as Vice Chairman**
Stephen M. Ross, owner of the Related Ross real estate company, has named former Florida Power & Light (FPL) CEO Eric Silagy as vice chairman. Silagy brings extensive leadership and infrastructure experience from his two-decade tenure at FPL, where he contributed to the development of major energy and solar projects across the state. He will now help guide strategy across Related Ross’s portfolio of properties throughout South Florida.
