– **Unicorp Named Developer for Ritz-Carlton Residences in Hammock Dunes**
Orlando-based Unicorp National Developments has been selected as the development partner for The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Hammock Dunes. Located at 2 Camino Del Mar Parkway, the 6.8-acre site represents the last large-scale residential development opportunity within the Hammock Dunes master plan.
