### Industry Updates
– **Ryan Companies** has appointed **Domingos Garcia** as Director of Architecture for its Southeast region. In this role, he will oversee architectural projects from the company’s Atlanta and Tampa offices. Garcia has contributed to more than 177 million square feet of projects worldwide.
– The **Courtyard Jacksonville Butler Boulevard** has been sold for **$15 million** to **Lenoir Hospitality**. The property, located at **4670 S. Lenoir Ave.**, was previously owned by Jacksonville JTB Hotel Limited Partnership. The five-story, 137-room hotel was originally built in 1997.
– **Related Ross** has announced plans for a **$100 million renovation** of **Phillips Point**, a 449,000-square-foot office complex in **West Palm Beach**, originally built in 1985. The redesign will be led by **Roger Ferris + Architects**. Related Ross had acquired Phillips Point for **$281.85 million** in 2021.
– **Basis Industrial** has acquired **Chancellor Square** in **Orlando** from **B Group Capital Management** for **$20 million**. The 11-acre site includes three single-story flex space buildings, sized **44,337 square feet, 40,490 square feet,** and **60,800 square feet**, respectively. The buildings were constructed in 1982.
– **Sun Belle** has sold a **77,607-square-foot cold storage warehouse** for **$25.75 million** near **Miami International Airport**. The seller has leased back the property. **IP Capital Partners** purchased the warehouse, located at **2323 N.W. 72nd Ave.**, at a rate of **$332 per square foot**.
