**Concord Crest and Concord Wilshire Launch Miami Operations**
Concord Crest Real Estate (CCRE) and Concord Wilshire Companies (CW) have officially launched operations in Miami, expanding the reach of their real estate platforms into South Florida. The new venture offers full-service land-use advisory and permit-expediting services to the residential and commercial real estate markets across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. CCRE will service various asset classes, including multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality. Concord Wilshire, which has offices in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Atlanta, focuses on residential, hotel, and mixed-use development and construction.

**Brent Miller Joins Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa**
Brent Miller has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director in the Tampa Bay market. Miller brings over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, having closed more than 600 transactions totaling over $800 million in value. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL.

**Cushman & Wakefield Secures Recapitalization for Seniors Housing Community**
Cushman & Wakefield acted as the exclusive advisor to Distinctive Healthcare on an all-cash equity raise for the recapitalization of Seascape at Naples. The community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The transaction was led by John Alascio, Aaron Graves, and Jason Blankfein from the firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group, with support from seniors housing specialists Jason Skalko of Investment Sales and David Young of Greystone.

**Berkadia Adds Travis Prince to Student Housing Platform**
Berkadia has appointed Travis Prince as Senior Managing Director within its Student Housing platform. Based in Tampa, Prince will work alongside Kevin Larimer to co-lead the student housing investment sales team. With more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate — including two decades dedicated to student housing — Prince will oversee acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio analysis, joint venture structuring, and capital stack strategies on a national level.

**Rentyl Resorts Named Hospitality Partner for Miami Worldcenter**
Rentyl Resorts has been announced as the exclusive hospitality partner and property manager for Miami Worldcenter, a $6 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development in Downtown Miami. As part of a long-term partnership, Rentyl will manage the retail environment and oversee guest experience operations across the destination. The company will also integrate its full-service national hospitality platform into the residential, resort, and lifestyle components of the project.
