Previously, Levy served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group, where he earned recognition as a South Florida Top Producer multiple times.
**CBRE Closes $43.5M Sale of Miami Industrial Property**
CBRE facilitated the $43.5 million sale of Sunshine State Industrial, a 211,471-square-foot multi-tenant distribution warehouse located in Miami. The buyer, Corebridge Real Estate Investors, acquired the property from Longpoint Partners. The warehouse, built in 1969, offers a cross-dock design and is strategically located adjacent to the Golden Glades Interchanges, providing direct access to I-95, Florida’s Turnpike, Palmetto Expressway, SR 9, and SR 441. The CBRE National Partners team—José Lobón, Trey Barry, Frank Fallon, Royce Rose, George Fallon, Gabriel Braun, and Daniel Sarmiento—represented the seller in the transaction.
**Marcus & Millichap Brokers $8.1M Multifamily Sale in Hollywood, FL**
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Executive Rental Apartments, a 44-unit multifamily property in Hollywood, Florida, for $8.1 million. The transaction was managed by Alec Demetriou and Adam Marcuvitz, investment specialists from Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, who represented the seller and secured the buyer.
**Miami Second in the Nation for Self-Storage Transactions in 2024**
According to StorageSafe’s 2024 annual report, Miami ranked second in the nation for self-storage deals, with more than $77 million in transactions recorded during the year.
**Four New Tenants Sign Leases at 701 Brickell**
Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, an affiliate of Morning Calm Management, in securing four new office leases totaling 40,000 square feet at 701 Brickell in Miami. The new tenants include:
– Blue Owl: 10,000 square feet
– Core Scientific: 11,000 square feet
– Verition Capital: 5,000 square feet
– XP Securities: 14,000 square feet
These new leases reflect continued tenant demand for premium office space in the Brickell area, one of Miami’s premier business hubs.
