Desai Holdings has acquired 10 James Street, an approximately 18,000-square-foot medical office building in Florham Park, NJ., for a final sale price of $4.62 million from The Silverman Group. This fully leased property is situated on 1.19 acres in the central business district of Florham Park and surrounded by corporate and medical office occupiers near Route 24 and Interstates 80, 280, and 287 as well as Morristown Airport.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Frank DiTommaso, Andy Schwartz , Jordan Sobel , Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller to procure the buyer for this transaction worth $5M .
