Midtown Development has sold a 106,289-square-foot Floor & Decor showroom and warehouse located at 11711 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs. The property was acquired by NorthBridge for $22.3 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Dominic Montazemi, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, and Greg Miller represented the seller, Midtown Development. NorthBridge was represented by Rick Etner, Matthew McAllister, Christopher Thomson, and Chris Metzger in the transaction.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, the property last changed hands in 2021 for $15.7 million.
Originally developed in 1996 on an 8.9-acre site within the Coral Springs Commerce Park, the building underwent renovations in 2010.
This transaction follows Midtown’s recent sale of a retail center in Sunrise, further highlighting the company’s ongoing restructuring of its property portfolio.
