Flatbush MF Secures $32M Construction Financing from S3 Capital

Triple C Builders has successfully secured $32 million in construction financing for a mixed-use multifamily development located in the bustling neighborhood of Flatbush, Brooklyn. The acquisition financing was provided by S3 Capital Partners, while Pinchas Vogel and Leah Paskus of Landstone Capital Group facilitated the transaction.

The seven-story project at 2700 Church Avenue will consist of 69 rental units, along with 9,796 square feet of retail space and a spacious community area spanning over 13,500 square feet. This development is a joint effort between Triple C Builders and Chaim Rosenwasser under their company name – 2700 Church Realty LLC. It aims to meet the growing demand for housing in the city while also enhancing community amenities.

According to Robert Schwartz, co-founder and principal at S3 Capital: “This new development will not only provide much-needed rental housing but also contribute to the ongoing revitalization of Flatbush through its retail and community spaces.” With this significant investment from S3 Capital Partners, Triple C Builders’ vision for this project is well on its way towards becoming a reality.
