Urban Innovations has recently finished the interior buildout of Fjällräven’s flagship retail store and brand center in Chicago. Located at 1101 W. Fulton Market Ave in the West Loop neighborhood, this 6,420-square-foot space is a stunning representation of the Swedish outdoor clothing and equipment company.
This is Fjällräven’s second location in Chicago, strategically situated within a bustling shopping and entertainment district near Halsted Street and Morgan Green line CTA stop. “We are proud to have successfully brought Fjällräven’s sleek Scandinavian design to life within an efficient timeline,” stated Ramiro Trevino, Urban Innovation’s vice president of construction.
The project was led by MAI Architects as interior architects with Ramiro Trevino serving as vice president of construction and Amanda May as project manager for Urban Innovations. Additionally, AM-PS was engaged by Fjallraven to provide expert project management services ensuring that their new location was completed on time and within budget.
Overall, Urban Innovations’ work on this new retail space showcases their commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients like Fjallraven while also contributing positively to the vibrant community of Fulton Market Avenue.
