### Five Tech Firms Join Harlem Biospace @ Mink Incubator

Five pioneering tech companies – Stemology, RoverDx, CarbonBridge, Anew Material, and BioSapien – have joined the newly opened **Harlem Biospace @ Mink**, a graduation incubator offering shared facilities, private labs, and office spaces in the Factory District of Innovation Triangle-West Harlem. These companies are now part of a growing community that connects the Factory District’s urban campus with Columbia University and City College of New York.

Dr. Sam Sia, co-founder of Harlem Biospace and professor of Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University, emphasized the significance of this development. “The immediate success of Harlem Biospace @ Mink highlights the increasing recognition of Innovation Triangle-West Harlem as the leading innovation district in New York,” he said. “These companies not only value the state-of-the-art facilities and affordability but also seek to be part of a thriving community that includes top research institutions like Columbia University, CUNY, the Chan-Zuckerberg Biohub, the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center, and the New York Structural Biology Center.”

Additionally, the area is home to groundbreaking scientific work from companies such as Volastra Therapeutics, Quicksilver Biosciences, and Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals, which operates its GMP facility.

The Factory District is being developed by the Janus Property Company.
