Amsterdam-based fitness brand Rostudios has signed a 10-year lease at 799 Broadway, a Class A office tower in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The 9,000-square-foot space will mark Rostudios’ first location in the United States.
The studio will be accessible from an entrance on East 11th Street, just west of Broadway, and will occupy a lower-level space with expansive ceiling height and column spacing. The facility will feature a spin studio and a dedicated area for reformer Pilates classes.
Located at the intersection of Broadway and East 11th Street, 799 Broadway is a 12-story, 176,588-square-foot trophy office building completed in 2022. Real estate investment and development firm Savanna acquired the building in November 2024 after the property faced financial challenges. The Rostudios lease is the first new tenant agreement since Savanna’s acquisition. The property is currently approximately 94% leased.
The transaction was brokered by Steven Soutendijk and Patrick O’Rourke of Cushman & Wakefield. Brian Reiver and Thomas Henderson represented Savanna in-house.
