**Life Time Living, Keebeck Real Estate Announce Luxury Residential Project in Paradise Valley**
Life Time Living and Keebeck Real Estate have announced a partnership to develop an upscale multifamily residential community in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The new 11-story complex will be part of the 100-acre redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall, being led by RED Development.
The PV Life Time Living community will feature direct access to a new Life Time Fitness facility via a dedicated pedestrian bridge. In addition, every residence will include a complimentary Life Time Fitness membership, reinforcing the project’s focus on health and wellness.
The development will offer residents walkable access to a host of restaurants and retail destinations at PV, including Whole Foods Market, Costco, and notable local dining options such as Blanco and Flower Child, operated by Fox Restaurant Concepts.
Currently, Life Time Living operates five luxury residential projects across the U.S. in Coral Gables, Florida; Burlington, Massachusetts; Green Valley, Nevada; King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; and Stamford, Connecticut.
Construction on the Paradise Valley Life Time Living development is scheduled to be completed by August 2027, with the adjacent Life Time Fitness facility anticipated to open in 2026.
