**Life Time Living and Keebeck Real Estate Announce Luxury Residential Project in Paradise Valley**
Life Time Living, in partnership with Keebeck Real Estate, is set to develop a luxury lifestyle multifamily residence in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The high-end residential community will be part of the 100-acre redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall site, a transformation led by RED Development.
The project, a planned 11-story residential tower, will offer upscale living directly connected to a new Life Time Fitness facility via a dedicated pedestrian bridge. Residents will enjoy included memberships to Life Time Fitness, emphasizing the community’s focus on wellness and convenience.
In addition to premier amenities, Life Time Living will be within walking distance of popular restaurant and retail destinations at PV, such as Whole Foods Market, Costco, Blanco, and Flower Child.
This Paradise Valley development will join five existing Life Time Living communities located across the United States in Coral Gables (FL), Burlington (MA), Green Valley (NV), King of Prussia (PA), and Stamford (CT).
Construction of Life Time Living is scheduled for completion in August 2027, with the Life Time Fitness center planned to open in 2026.
