**Fisher Phillips Signs New Leases in Downtown Los Angeles and Woodland Hills**
JLL has secured new office leases for international labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips LLP in both Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) and Woodland Hills. The firm has committed to a 35,744-square-foot lease at 515 S. Flower Street in DTLA, along with a 13,624-square-foot lease at 21600 Oxnard Street in Woodland Hills.

JLL’s Jim Schoolfield and Kevin Bender represented Fisher Phillips in both lease negotiations. For the DTLA location, landlord Commonwealth Partners was represented in-house by John Bendetti. In Woodland Hills, landlord Douglas Emmett was represented in-house by Ali Mourad.
