Fisher Brothers Launches Mixed-Use Multifamily Development in Wynwood

Construction has begun on Wynhouse Miami, a mixed-use multifamily development in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood from Fisher Brothers. Rising eight stories, the development will offer 308 rental residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail and paseo space and nearly 25,000 square feet of amenities. Located at 2200 NW First Avenue with public art displays across its facade and two public passageways (paseos) to encourage pedestrian engagement with the building’s community spaces and ground-floor retail. Suffolk Construction is expected to complete the project by January 2025 after JP Morgan Chase & affiliates of Canyon Partners provided $117.5 million in financing for it – Fisher Brothers’ first offering via online real estate crowdfunding platform CrowdStreet .
Designed by ID & Design International , Wynhouse Miami’s residences range from 474 to 1,405 square feet featuring studio , one-and two bedroom floorplans .
