FirstService Residential has expanded its residential property management business in California with the acquisition of Willis Management Group, Inc., a full-service residential and commercial association company based in San Ramon. Terms were not disclosed. This partnership adds more than 165 residential and commercial associations to FirstService’s portfolio, allowing for broad regional growth in Northern California while providing Willis access to proprietary systems that will enhance their services to clients.
Founded by Chris Willis – an industry professional for over 20 years – in 2001, he will continue as president of the operations following this acquisition.
